Known for interesting shapes and lightweight titanium construction, Blackfin continues to create unique and precise frames with the introduction of optical styles Sanibel and Sandpoint. These models represent the brand’s progression and maturity with refined color palettes, engineered precision, technical construction, and reduced thicknesses.
According to the company, “This collection represents the synthesis of the brand’s achieved maturity: engineering precision transformed into sophisticated aesthetics. Color palettes become increasingly refined, thicknesses are reduced to an absolute minimum, and experimentation reaches surprising results thanks to the artisanal craftsmanship carried out within the sustainable Black Shelter headquarters.”

Blackfin Sanibel
Style Sanibel is constructed of colorful titanium that is hypoallergenic and nickel-free; this style also features ultra-flexible beta titanium temples. The bi-level front is milled from a single pure titanium block and offers a rounded square shape with cutouts on the frame front.
Each color is completely customized, and wearers can choose from blue and green, violet and black, brown and purple, copper and dark brown, and blue and purple options. The shortened temples and patented temple tips add another layer of lightness to this frame.
Blackfin Sandpoint
Men’s optical style Sandpoint also has a bi-level frame front and is made from lightweight titanium. With a double-bridge design, flexible beta titanium temples, and adjustable nosepads, this style is available in five color options: yellow and gray, black and silver, green and black, blue and dark blue, and gold and black. Its square shape is emphasized with geometric bottom corners on the frame front and a flat top that helps to create the structured and industrial look that Blackfin frames are known for.
