In this interview during the 2025 American Academy of Optometry Meeting, Andrew Sedgwick, CEO of SightGlass Vision, discussed the company’s DOT spectacle lenses and what makes them unique in the growing field of myopia management. According to new 18-month data presented at the meeting, more than half of children wearing DOT spectacle lenses showed no clinically meaningful myopia progression, which is nearly four times better than those using standard single-vision lenses.
