Visitor registration is now open for MIDO 2027, which will return to Fiera Milano Rho in Milan Feb. 6–8, 2027.

The international eyewear exhibition attracts industry professionals from more than 160 countries each year, bringing together companies, eye care professionals, and others from across the eyewear and optical supply chain. Participants for the 2027 exhibition will include established companies, emerging designers, frame and lens manufacturers, machinery companies, opticians, buyers, and distributors.

“MIDO 2027 will be an edition marked by continuous evolution,” says MIDO President Lorraine Berton. “The response from exhibitors has been very positive — many of the companies that participated last year will be returning, and we will also welcome new exhibitors, confirming the continued interest in MIDO and the opportunities the exhibition offers.”

Options for the Entire Industry

The Vision Stage, MIDO’s education and industry discussion platform, will return to Pavilion 1 with approximately 20 events scheduled across the show’s three days. Programming will include talks, keynotes, conferences, workshops, and more. Sessions will feature industry leaders as well as speakers from across specialties such as culture, economics, creativity, innovation, and medicine.

The platform has operated for more than 20 years under several names, including the Health & Innovation Forum and Otticlub, before becoming The Vision Stage. MIDO plans to release the 2027 program and speaker lineup at a later date on its website.

Plus, MIDO will again include its Academy and Start Up areas, which provide dedicated spaces for emerging professionals, designers, and companies.

Beyond the Show and Travel

MIDO is also adding My Fair Plus – Beyond the Exhibition. This digital platform from Fondazione Fiera Milano will connect attendees with activities throughout Milan. Visitors and exhibitors can use the platform to find and book exhibitions, performances, cultural attractions, experiences, and food and wine offerings.

MIDO has arranged travel deals for visitors and exhibitors from the United States, Canada, and Latin America. The program expands this year to include visitors traveling from Wenzhou, Shenzhen, and Shanghai, China.

Additional MIDO 2027 programming and initiatives will be announced ahead of the February event.
