Marcolin and Marchon Eyewear, part of VSP Vision, have announced four leadership appointments. The moves bring operations across the two eyewear businesses under shared regional oversight as they continue their integration.

The new structure establishes combined leadership across key international markets, including the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC). The appointments form part of the companies’ broader integration process, which is continuing across the business. Marcolin and Marchon expect to complete their full unification in early 2027.

“These leadership appointments represent an important milestone in the evolution of our eyewear organization,” says Nicola Zotta, president of eyewear and managing director of Marcolin and Marchon Eyewear. “By bringing our teams together under a more unified leadership structure, we are strengthening alignment across markets, accelerating integration, and enhancing our ability to serve customers and brand partners around the world.”

New Leadership Across the Americas

Marco D’Acunzo, previously CEO, North America at Marcolin, has been named president, Eyewear Americas. He will oversee Marcolin, Marchon, Altair, and Allure operations across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. D’Acunzo has more than 15 years of experience working with premium brands across the automotive, sports, and hospitality industries.

Antonio Castiglione, currently general manager of Marcolin Mexico, has been appointed managing director, LATAM, include Mexico, Brazil, and South America, for Marcolin and Marchon.

EMEA and APAC Operations

Ross Brownlee joined the organization Sept. 1 as president, Eyewear EMEA & APAC, a new position overseeing the two regions as an integrated business unit. Brownlee most recently served as CEO of Hilco Vision, and his responsibilities will cover the performance, organization, and strategic direction of the combined EMEA and APAC operations.

Lorenzo Barberio, previously head of sales, APAC, was appointed to managing director, APAC of Marcolin and Marchon. Barberio, who has more than 20 years of international luxury and fashion industry experience, will lead the combined teams across the APAC region.
